Purchases

Making Purchases on WritewithAI

Bulk Upload – Process multiple writing tasks at once (details may vary depending on plan).

Advanced Features (available only in word-based plans):

Custom Branding – Remove WritewithAI branding from your generated content.
Long-Form Writing Assistant (1000+ words) – Craft longer pieces of content with AI assistance.
Custom Feature Request – Submit suggestions for new features that work within the word-based plan structure.
Any upcoming features specifically designed for word-based plans (details will be available as they launch).

In short:

Basic features are included in all plans and offer core functionalities.
Word-based plans unlock advanced features that provide more control, extended capabilities, and the ability to influence future development in this plan category.

Pisoco

Pisoco by WritewithAI uses a version of the Stable Diffusion model from Stability AI LTD and images generated by Photosonic shall be subject to the ownership terms set forth here.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms of Service. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms of Service, Promotion rules will apply.

Subscriptions

Here’s a breakdown of how subscriptions work on WritewithAI:

Subscription Model: Some features require a paid subscription.
Billing Cycle: You’ll be billed upfront and regularly (monthly or annually) based on your chosen plan.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription renewal through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Payment Information:

Valid Payment Method: A credit card or PayPal is required for subscriptions.
Accurate Billing Details: You need to provide complete and accurate billing information, including your name, address, and payment method details.
Authorization: By submitting your payment information, you authorize WritewithAI to charge your subscription fees.
Failed Automatic Billing: If automatic billing fails, you’ll receive an invoice with a deadline for manual payment.

Remember, you control your subscription and can cancel it anytime to avoid unwanted charges.

Free Trials and Subscription Fees

Free Trials (when offered):

WritewithAI might offer subscriptions with a limited free trial period. To sign up, you may need to enter your billing information. But don’t worry, you won’t be charged until the trial ends.

Here’s the catch:

If you don’t cancel your subscription before the free trial ends, you’ll automatically be charged the regular subscription fee for the plan you selected.
WritewithAI reserves the right to change the terms of the free trial offer or cancel it altogether, at any time and without notice.

Subscription Fee Changes:

WritewithAI has the flexibility to adjust subscription fees at any time. These changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Here’s the key point:

By continuing to use the service after a fee change, you agree to pay the new subscription price.

Keep an eye on your free trial end date to avoid unwanted charges.
We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay updated on any subscription fee changes.

Refunds

WritewithAI Refund Policy: Get Your Money Back (If Eligible)

We want you to be happy with WritewithAI, so we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on our subscriptions (Contracts). Here’s a breakdown of what you need to know:

Eligibility:

You must request the refund within seven days of purchasing your subscription.
Within those seven days, you cannot have used more than 25,000 Premium quality words or the equivalent in your plan.

How to Get a Refund:

Cancel your subscription (don’t worry, you can still use it until the end of your billing cycle).
Email our support team at support@WritewithAI.co within seven days of cancellation to request a refund. Refunds are not automatic.

Important Notes:

Refunds are only for the current subscription charge, not previous charges or future add-ons.
We process refunds within 24-48 hours of your request email.
The timestamp on your email determines when the refund window starts.

We trust our customers to manage their subscriptions responsibly. By following these guidelines, you should have no problem getting a refund if you’re eligible.

Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Account sharing is strictly prohibited: Each account is meant for one user only. Sharing login credentials is illegal and can lead to account termination.

Use WritewithAI for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Don’ts:
Break the Law: Don’t use WritewithAI in a way that violates any laws or regulations.
Harm Minors: WritewithAI prioritizes child safety. Don’t generate content that could be inappropriate for them.
Spam: Sending unsolicited promotional material (spam) is strictly against the rules.
Impersonate Others: Don’t pretend to be someone you’re not, including a WritewithAI employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
Violate Rights: Respect the rights of others. Don’t use the service for illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Disrupt the Service: Don’t do anything that hinders others from using or enjoying WritewithAI.
Restricted Content: Our AI partner, OpenAI, restricts the generation of sexual, religious, and political content. You cannot generate such content on WritewithAI.
Trying to generate restricted content for the first time will result in an “Unsafe Content” warning.
Repeated attempts will lead to subscription cancellation, service denial, and no refunds.
Additional No-Nos:
Overload the System: Don’t use WritewithAI in a way that could crash, overload, damage, or impair the service or disrupt others’ use.
Unauthorized Access: Don’t use bots, automated tools, or unauthorized manual processes to access or copy WritewithAI content.
Interfere with Functionality: Don’t use any device, software, or routine that interferes with WritewithAI’s proper operation.
Spread Malware: Don’t introduce viruses, worms, or other malicious code.
Hacking: Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to WritewithAI or its servers.
Denial-of-Service Attacks: Don’t launch denial-of-service attacks against WritewithAI.
Harm Our Reputation: Don’t take any actions that could damage or falsify WritewithAI’s ratings.
Generally Disrupt Service: Don’t do anything that interferes with the proper working of WritewithAI.

No Use By Minors
